Before STRs
Construction, finance, Wall Street
I grew up in my father's construction business, then earned a Finance and International Business degree and headed to Wall Street, eventually running an institutional stock trading firm in NYC. Along the way, I opened (and sold) a restaurant in Manhattan.

Became an Airbnb host
I became an Airbnb host — scaling to 10 units across NYC and Philadelphia — and launched a management service handling the full guest experience for other hosts.

2019
Back to NJ, licensed, building homes
I moved back to NJ, got licensed, and rejoined my father's construction business — we've built and sold quite a few homes together.

Joined The Short Term Shop
I relocated to Destin to join The Short Term Shop, where real estate and Airbnb expertise finally meet. Since then, I've helped dozens of investors buy and sell over $80 million in short-term rental properties, and I'm consistently ranked among the top-producing agents on the team.

I cover the Emerald Coast — Destin, Miramar Beach, 30A, and Panama City Beach — 60 miles of some of the most in-demand vacation rental coastline in the country.
