I’ll walk you through the entire purchase process. But each client is different and you may require special services. Not to worry! Myself, or someone on our team, has already encountered whatever it is that you may need. We can refer you to the correct professionals to help.

In addition, The Short Term Shop is the only STR sales team that actually educates our clients on how to self-manage their property. That’s right! We offer live, weekly zoom calls for our clients to learn how to be a self manager. These are FREE to clients purchasing a property with us. And our private Facebook group allows you to network with thousands of other STR investors across the country!

  • I work with local and/or specialized lenders to help you fund your STR investment property.

  • You will need to complete a home inspection on the property you plan to purchase. I have great ones that I have worked with.

  • I have multiple local insurance agents to help you get your property insured

  • Can refer you to some great local and online sites to buy what you will want or need

  • Photographers for your listing photos, in property tools to provide for guests, pricing tools, and more!

  • 1031 Intermediaries, Cost Segregation Studies providers, CPAs and more.

  • I work with great title companies that have attorneys on staff. Also, if you’re looking to purchase under an entity, I can refer you to legal help to set that up
